Season’s Independent Living was born from a deep passion to serve those who are often overlooked — individuals navigating financial struggles, housing instability, or difficult life transitions. Inspired by my own family’s legacy of caregiving and a calling to make a difference, I created this program to offer more than just a place to stay — I provide a pathway for healing and hope.
Our homes are thoughtfully prepared: clean, fully furnished, and in safe neighborhoods that promote peace and stability. Here, you’ll find not only shelter, but the support and understanding needed to take your next steps forward.

At Season's Independent Living, LLC, our mission is to provide the right support. Please complete a pre-screening form that collects basic personal details, proof of income, and housing history and current situation.
Once all information is confirmed, we will reach out to schedule an in-person interview.

We start with a one-on-one conversation to get to know each applicant and determine whether our program is the right fit for their goals and circumstances.
While we conduct background checks to ensure a safe environment for all, a credit history is not required.

Once approved, you will:
- Go over and agree to the community guidelines, House Rules and Expectations agreement, and consent forms.
- Submit your move-in fee and initial rent.
- Settle into your new safe and supportive living space!
